Step 1: Your order is being produced!

At Li’lium Studio, everything is made only when you order it. We’re a small, independent studio, and we truly appreciate your support! Most orders are shipped within 10–12 business days, though during busy periods it may take a bit longer. Thank you for your patience.

Step 2: Your order is on it's way!

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll get an email with all your order info. When your package is on its way, we’ll send a shipping notification with a tracking link. We use GLS and PostNord Denmark to make sure your items reach you safely.

Extended Christmas Return Period - 2025

Orders placed between November 16th and December 19th, 2025 may be returned until January 15th, 2026, provided that all return policy criteria are fulfilled.

Return Policy

How to Request a Return

To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address. Customers cover their own return shipping costs.

Refund Rules

A refund will only be issued if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The product seal (wire&sticker) is still intact.
2. The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
3. The product is packed back in its original packaging.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, refunds are processed. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, email us a photo, and we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, you are responsible for any lost parcels or extra shipping costs for resending. Our shipping partners usually notify us of address issues, and we’ll contact you before or during shipping to prevent any problems.
